I kept watching brilliant people become invisible. They’d hand their thinking to a machine and get back content that could have come from anyone. The technology wasn’t the problem. The absence of a layer between the human and the machine was the problem. People were feeding AI their tasks but not their identity. Not their hard-won understanding of how the world actually works. Not the philosophy that took decades to form.
So I built that layer. Amplify OS is the result of obsessing over a single question: How do you give a machine enough of who you are that it amplifies rather than erases you?

This is how I take leaders from overwhelmed by AI to operating with it. Three phases, in this order, because the order matters.
